Radio Waves Killing Cancer Cells
|
 |
In October 2009, while in the middle of chemotherapy treatments for Stage 4 Esophageal Cancer,
Ron LaSalle watched a CBS 60 Minutes story featuring John Kanzius, a man who invented a radio wave machine in hopes of killing
cancer cells. Although Kanzius treated himself with his machine, he did not use metal, which is necessary for the radio
waves to heat up and destroy the cancer cells. Studies have since been conducted at MD Anderson and the University of
Pittsburgh where metal nanoparticles were injected into cancer cells in lab animals. These animals were then introduced
to radio waves. Sure enough, the radio waves “cooked” the cancer cells in these animals and the results
were very promising. However, clinical studies for humans are said to be at least 2-5 years away. Since hundreds
of thousands of men, women and children will die from cancer before the FDA gets around to approving these studies for humans,
LaSalle decided to take matter into his own hands. LaSalle has spent many hours researching the process,
including speaking with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and others with knowledge and interest in the subject.
LaSalle built his own radio wave machine and purchased gold nanoparticles. He then added these nanoparticles in a special
IV solution, injected them into his blood stream through his smart port, waited a period of time to allow the nanoparticles
to invade his cancer cells and finally turned on his radio wave machine in hopes of “cooking” the cancer cells.
A strong advocate for
patient rights, LaSalle believes that the FDA should approve emergency clinical trials for all willing stage 4 cancer patients
that failed to benefit from modern treatments and who are currently enrolled in a Medicare licensed hospice without having
this important benefit compromised. “After all, these people are expected
to die, so if they are willing to participate in such a study, why prevent them? To say that we don't know enough about
this new promising treatment to safely recommend clinical studies for those who are dying, is not acceptable or humane and
quite frankly boarders on homicide,” says LaSalle.
LaSalle does not endorse or recommend that anyone attempts self-imposed
radio wave treatments. “We first need to develop a better technique that
allows nanoparticles to target only cancer cells and then devise protocols ensuring this procedure is safely completed in
an appropriate medical facility under the supervision of healthcare personnel,” say LaSalle. With that said, LaSalle
believes if the FDA and medical community fail to make radio wave treatments available to all stage 4 cancer who have failed
traditional treatments and are under hospice care in a timely fashion, then these people should feel comfortable about considering
doing radio wave treatments in their homes. “First, these people have nothing to lose.
Second as Americans, there’s something very special about not depending on our government to solve our problems. That’s what really makes us great,” say LaSalle. To see LaSalle's radio wave video killing cancer click here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-vxmKdDrpnI.
