PUT AN END TO DENIALS

Many hospice programs have been or are currently being bombarded with ADRs.  Many have received denials and have lost precious resources.  Our firm has successfully guided several programs through provider-specific medical reviews. 

Here is a brief overview of our service:

• Develop or review your corrective action plan;
• Inform your fiscal intermediary of our arrangement;
• Provide support to your team throughout the ADR or denial process;   
• Provide education and ensure that your documentation meets your fiscal intermediary requirements;  
• Conduct a three percent random chart audit for six months which will decrease or prevent future ADRs and/or denials;
• Work with you to avoid unnecessary or improper discharges, up to four each month;
• Review every chart that your intermediary probes, up to six charts each month;
• Facilitate dialog between your hospice and fiscal intermediary. 

Once our techniques are implemented, our goals are:

• An immediate end to denials;
• Within one month, your intermediary will have a higher level of respect for your organization.
